We seek individuals with expertise in Lead Generation, Qualification, and Appointment Setting within the International Market, possessing the following skills and responsibilities,

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, generate, qualify, process, and pursue leads while setting appointments for both internal and external sales teams.
  2. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing teams, and leadership to devise effective lead generation strategies aimed at capturing opportunities with potential clients.
  3. Initiate and participate in new business presentations alongside sales teams and subject matter experts, ensuring thorough follow-up with prospects.
  4. Deliver consistent, clear, and accurate internal and external communications.
  5. Effectively articulate and present product solutions and value propositions to clients.
  6. Provide regular, concise, accurate, and timely sales lead generation activity reports to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
  7. Function both collaboratively within a team environment and autonomously.
  8. Cultivate and sustain robust business relationships.
  9. Meet or exceed sales lead generation and appointment targets, including making a minimum of 100 dials per day.
  10. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Telematics products and services being offered.

Desired profile:

  1. Demonstrated exposure to working with international clients, showcasing an understanding of global market dynamics.
  2. Proven experience in generating leads within the international market, with a track record of success.
  3. Consistently achieved sales lead generation and appointment targets, demonstrating effectiveness in driving business growth.
  4. Exceptional communication skills in English are imperative. Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Punjabi is highly desirable.
  5. Display confidence and persistence in engaging with clients, with a strong preference for individuals possessing a US accent.
  6. Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations, effectively conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  7. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and industry trends, coupled with a genuine passion for sales.
  8. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, consistently striving to exceed objectives.
  9. Possess strong inner drive and self-discipline, with proficiency in utilising software tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
