Advaya Fleet

When a driver's duty status appears as Disconnected on the Advaya dashboard, it indicates that the Advaya Driver App lacks an active internet connection to the cloud.
In the Reports & Driver HOS section, the driver's status is displayed as Disconnected, highlighted in gray.
This typically occurs when the driver minimizes the app and it is no longer visible on the device's screen, or when the device itself lacks internet connectivity.
During periods of disconnection, the Advaya Driver App stores data locally on the device and uploads it the next time the app is accessed or when the device reconnects to the internet.
