Compliance Dashboard
The Compliance Overview offers a broad perspective on your fleet's HOS violations (Hours of Service), unidentified driving, and unassigned hours.
The dashboard serves as a launching point for your compliance managers' daily tasks. Utilize the dashboard to:
- Effortlessly monitor compliance performance across your fleet
- Track trends related to HOS violations and unassigned hours management
- Stay updated on any gaps in Compliance data
- Enhance reporting efficiency by categorizing drivers and vehicles with tags
- Ensure accountability for compliance within your drivers and back office
Access the Compliance Dashboard by navigating to Compliance from your Advaya dashboard.
The Compliance Dashboard comprises three tiles, offering quick insights into your fleet, visible either as a comprehensive overview or sorted by tags.
- HOS Violations: Offers a swift summary of the proportion of logs or hours in violation throughout your fleet. Efficiently identify coaching opportunities by accessing your fleet’s HOS violation metrics. The Dashboard includes a table highlighting drivers with accrued violations. For a detailed view of the Hours of Service Report, choose View Details to examine driver information more thoroughly.
- Unidentified Driving: Provides insight into the frequency of unassigned driving time. Recognize chances to train drivers for improved logging practices. To explore the Unassigned Hours of Service Report in depth, click View Details to handle your unassigned segments effectively.
- Unassigned Driving: Demonstrates the management of unassigned driving time. With visibility into the percentage of controlled driving time, you can effectively coach your team to ensure comprehensive management of all unassigned driving time. For a closer look at the Unassigned Hours of Service Report, select View Details to assign or annotate your unassigned segments. Once these segments are managed, the dashboard updates the status to Managed.
